Internet Services We have been dealing with websites and the internet for over 10 years, and pride ourselves on our knowledge and understanding of it. We are able to offer the following:
Database Programming GCS has built many database and spreadsheet applications for a variety of customers. From simple applications written in Microsoft Works to fulfil mailing applications, to large bespoke applications. Such programming has maintained membership details and renewals, stock control and invoicing. We also write many web-based applications for use in multi-site or website integrated databases. Training Our training schemes are tailored to our client's needs and can be offered either on or off site. This may be on a one-to-one basis or for a group. Courses covered include Windows, MS Works, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher & Access), Sage (Accounts & Payroll), Email / Internet management and database programming & maintenance. Clients range from those wishing to catch up with technology (and their children!) to corporate businesses. Data Management We can offer you a fast and accurate data capture / input service. Do you have a backlog of information that you know you will never have the time to record but will be of use in the future so you can’t throw it out? Or, do you need information input for a specific task and don't have the time, the staff or the equipment for the job? We can input this data for you and give it to you as either print-outs or on a disk for you to load onto your system. At GCS we hold mailing lists for many local companies and organizations. These lists are updated as required and print-outs in the form of labels, personalised letters or tailored reports and returned to the customer. Application Programming We regularly create programs which can be sold as a complete package, details can be found on the Products page.
